Portfolio management of end-to-end SaaS products. Managing large scale multidisciplinary teams. Reporting directly to Holding Board members. International growth and expansion strategies. Accountable for over 80 employees, having 9 directs.
Accountable for both Visual (Amazon Music App) and Voice (Alexa) within Amazon Entertainment LATAM. Market growth strategies with local Fandomns, Customer engagement with new Social driven features, constantly improving Amazon Music listening experience.
Focused on market expansion, grew from 2M customers to 6M in 2 years. Portfolio management of Cryptocurrency and Digital Assets Trade in-house built Platforms. Named the biggest Cryptocurrency Exchange of Southern America from 2019. Accountable for 10 multidisciplinary teams (over 100 team members) with 8 directs.

Co-founder and Lead Product Manager. Started from the ground up, one of the biggest challenges I've ever encountered. Team built of great players that came from huge companies, an opportunity to build a great product. Had the opportunity to explore new ways of reaching our franchisees with new communication and strategies for selling our product. Was a great moment to work with cars, but I understood that hobbies are meant for good moments, and they are great as long as they stay as hobbies.
Built from the ground up all the structure that became the Commercial Platform. Worked close to all company stakeholders. Drove our product team and really made the platform happen. At the time our main concern was to integrate with big players in the US Music Industry like Warner Music, Sony Music, Spotify and Pandora, distributing new content through our service to all of them, making music distribution way easier and faster.
Concept and develop audio visual content for our artists in our streaming platform. Having an extremely capable team and being able to work close to big names such as Lil Wayne, Drake, Lil Uzi, Post Malone, 21 Savage, Meek Mill, Timbaland and more. From IG post images to full blown videoclips, audio and video mastering, merchandise and artworks, we did it all in-house.
UI/UX were general terms with no real base to prove user behavior. Mobile OSs were still being developed, going through big changes every update.
Here my product heart was born and raised, still miss this moment. This was special.
Building POS and Pharmaceutical software was a great way of starting a new path. At the time there were no terms like UI, UX, Product Management, Product Owner, Product Designer. Mobile smartphone industry packing Android and iOS were still growing up. Guidelines and good practices weren't spoken yet.
